Ghostly encounter at the feed store

I had something happen to me just a few days ago. I was shopping at a local feed/hardware store and had a ghostly encounter. The store is modern well lit building about the size of a supermarket. The aisles are laid out like a Walmart with plenty of room to maneuver a shopping cart.
The feed store encourages dog owners to bring their dogs into the store to shop for dog supplies. The store does not have any resident pets such as a cat wandering the store to get friendly with the customers. I often encounter dog owners that bring their dogs into the store so it is a normal occurrence.
A few days ago I was shopping in the feed store and I was in one of the larger aisles in the rear of the store. As I looked at a display of tools, I felt a large animal brush against my leg. I expected to see a medium sized dog when I looked down but there was nothing, no dog, no person was there or even in sight. I dismissed it as my imagination and then.............it happened again. This time I was at a loss for an explanation. I could only put it down to a pet that had died and enjoyed visiting the store with its owner. It did not freak me out since I have also felt the ghostly cat that resides where I work. Yep, pets have souls too.
