The myths that surround the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose, California

Zillow, the real estate people, just came out with a list of the top 10 haunted homes in the USA. I was shocked to find out that the Winchester Mystery House was listed as number 1. In their story about the home they listed many misconceptions about the house.
The number one misconception was that Sarah Winchester lived in the house. No she did not. Her full time home was in San Francisco, she had another home in Atherton, which is half way between San Francisco and the Mystery house. She would make frequent trips from San Fran to San Jose with an ovenight stop in her house in Atherton.
The Mystery house had workers adding to it and changing it 24 hours a day so living in the home would be noisy at best. You see the nut job of a psychic told her that if the work ever stopped on the house, Sarah would die. Sounds like the psychic was in cohorts with the construction company. Anyway, Sarah had a bell in one of the towers that would ring at midnight to summon all those who were killed by the Winchester rifle. The home was suppose to be for them.
Other than a few sightings and the odd noises in the home now, I find it very hard to believe that it was listed as number one on Zillows list. I can think of at least 5 other private homes in the USA that are currently not museums (the Winchester Mystery House is a tourist attraction with tours and a gift shop) that would be in the number one spot.
Zillow made the mistake of calling the Winchester Mystery House a "home" and it never was one and it is not one today.
